Are you young and environmentally conscious?
Week-Eco is an annual forum that brings together young Francophone actors in the fight against climate change and for the protection of the environment around instructive exchanges and sharing of practical knowledge and experiences.
The Objectives
The objectives of the Week-Eco 2022 are to:
- Create a bridge between youth and the major global conferences where the fate of the planet is discussed such as the COP,
- Gather youth recommendations on climate and environmental issues and bring them to COP 27 in Egypt,
- Create a participatory event led by youth for youth and focused on the views, demands, experiences and successes of French-speaking youth around the world,
- Contribute to an egalitarian generation by including more women in environmental issues.
Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must:
1. Demonstrate a clear interest in environmental issues
2. Be fluent in French
3. Be aged 18 to 35 years old
Week-Eco 2022 will take place in Defalé, Togo from August 16 to 20, 2022.
