Consultant in marketing, innovation and development for creative and cultural economies. 20+ years of experience with a prominent role as CEO for Publicis Colombia, renowned French multinational advertising firm. Under Jacobo’s leadership from 2011 to 2016, the company was awarded multiple industry achievements as well as national and international awards for his work with brands such as Renault, Nestlé and Purina, among many others.

 

Currently, Jacobo works as a consultant for innovation and marketing projects, mainly in culture, business development, government and sustainable development sectors.

 

Since 2017, he has supported over 100 clients and projects, among which are the Mayor's Office of Cali (2017-2022), the Cali Chamber of Commerce, WWB Foundation, Juan Valdez, Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, Fundación Carvajal, Ron La Hechicera, Confecámaras, Alorica, Innpulsa, Cepei, Liceo Francés de Cali as well as different political campaigns.

 

Jacobo was also appointed as delegate of the Ministry of Culture to the National Film Council for the 2020-2022 period.

 

As a musician, he has produced two studio albums of his project Sultana, the soundtrack of the film PerroComePerro and live performances at venues such as Estereo Picnic, among others.
