María Claudia García Navarro

President, Finsocial Foundation

María Claudia has been working in social transformation for the last 15 years, she has based the development of her profession on the conviction of being an instrument of God to work miracles and improve the quality of life of hundreds and thousands of people who belong to communities in a state of vulnerability, turning this premise into a fundamental motive that allows them to dream again.

She has worked in the structuring and execution of strategies, tactics, campaigns and alliances for the benefit of early childhood, children, women entrepreneurs, adolescents, older adults and people deprived of liberty.

The programmes that she leads as president of the Finsocial Foundation have a positive impact on more than 300,000 people a year, in each of which she establishes routes of action and strategies for social and financial education, in order to support the reduction of poverty rates and inequality gaps in Colombia, as well as to change the mentality of scarcity and poverty for a mentality of prosperity and abundance.

Her commitment and passion for social work are her best calling card when it comes to generating alliances with the public and private sector, nationally and internationally, with the aim of contributing every day to the improvement of the management indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals.
