Meet the Ambassador who won World Merit's "Connecting the World" Award

Our Ambassador of the Week is Sujit Lalwani from India. Sujit is the Founder and Director of Inspiration Unlimited and author of the celebrated book, Life Simplified. Most recently, Sujit is the recipient of the "Connecting the World" Award from World Merit. Tim Rhodes, the Founder of 1 Life Fully Lived, awarded Sujit this distinction based on the work that his NGOs have accomplished. The award celebrates Sujit’s success in bolstering the mission of 1 Life Fully Lived to provide support and education that allows people to “live the life they choose with purpose and intention while developing and maintaining financial independence”.

Believing that the “world needs more human doings than beings”, Sujit adamantly supports the spirit of volunteerism and entrepreneurship, especially involving young people at an international level. Sujit supports the empowerment of the global youth to achieve high functioning self-leadership and participation in activities and organizations that have far-reaching social impact.

Traveling as a motivational speaker, Lalwani has also addressed more than 3.5 million people in multiple countries including Russia, India, Nepal, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. He sits on several boards, not limited to those of SmartQ Mobile App, ADAD, i3 Training Platform, MarkYourTrails and PLUWIS.  His website titles him a “serial entrepreneur”, and his list of social projects in manifold including, IU Youth 2 Children, IU Newspaper Bag Project, IU Literacy, Empty Plate Campaign, Sports Equipment Procurement Campaign (SEPC), iU Cares Foundation, 36Meals.com, iU Taste from Waste, iU OneSided Books Project, and iU Women Empowerment Program.
