Following the release of the film 'A Plastic Ocean' and the recent BBC series, 'Blue Planet II', awareness around the impact of plastic on our environment and health has grown rapidly. A Plastic Planet has started a campaign in Europe to reduce the prevalence of single-use plastic, with a particular focus on creating a 'Plastic Free Aisle' in supermarkets.
