Melissa Diamond
Delegate Speaker for the Health Plenary Challenge
Melissa Diamond is the founder of A Global Voice for Autism, a non-profit organization that envisions the health and well-being of all children and youth on the autism spectrum and their families worldwide, with a particular focus on mental health outcomes. She has delivered speeches on disability inclusion in 54 countries, including at the First Global Congress on Conflict Medicine in Beirut, Lebanon, and at the United Nations in New York. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Richmond, a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Bradford, where she was a Rotary Peace Fellow, and a Master of Management in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, where she was a Schwarzman Scholar. She has published numerous academic and media articles related to refugee mental health and trauma.
