Campaigner of the Year Award: Presented by Intuit Mailchimp

It is our ability to convince people that our vision can and will become reality, and our passion to inspire people to take action, that makes real change possible. One Young World and Intuit Mailchimp understand that the young leaders shaping our future are the future of communications. That’s why we’re proud to have teamed up to create the Campaigner of the Year Award.
The Campaigner of the Year Award recognises 5 young leaders who are creating extraordinary impact through advocacy, marketing, or communications. The Award was presented to the 5 winners at the One Young World Summit Belfast 2023, which took place between 2-5 October 2023.
Award winners were selected by an international panel of judges with first-hand experience of campaigning and activism, and chaired by CMO of Intuit Mailchimp, Michelle Taite.
The judges sought the most innovative individuals who are inspiring others to take action through their work and effecting positive global change.
To be considered for the Award, candidates must be:
- Driving growth for innovative and socially responsible businesses (particularly SMEs);
- Or, inspiring people to take more responsible or sustainable actions through engaging communications;
- Or, influencing policy makers to introduce progressive legislation.
In addition to receiving the award at the Summit, award winners will receive:
- Access to the One Young World Summit 2023 in Belfast, United Kingdom
- Hotel accommodation for the duration of the Summit, 2-5 October 2023 (inclusive)
- The cost of travel to and from the United Kingdom (economy class)
- Opportunities to speak at the One Young Word Summit 2023
