Wellington Vitorino has been an entrepreneur since childhood. At the age of 12, he founded a small candy factory. He worked as a popsicle salesman within a police battalion in RJ for three years of his adolescence. He was a public school student, until he received a scholarship to attend the 3rd year of high school at a private school in the south of Rio de Janeiro. He received a scholarship from the American Embassy, Parque da Gávea School, Casa de Espanha and Oxford English Centre. He is a Líder Estudar, Young Talent of the Arymax Foundation and of the Lemann Foundation's Leaders Network. Its story was reported in chapter 9 of the book Culture of Excellence. He graduated in Business Administration at Ibmec/RJ. He founded Instituto Four, the organization responsible for ProLíder, the largest leadership training program in Brazil. He conceived the Four Summit, one of the biggest Brazilian discussion events within Brazil. In recognition of his work, he was invited to speak at Harvard University. It was elected Forbes Under 30 by Forbes magazine, being the highlight in the Third Sector and Social Impact category. It is part of the University of St. Gallen. In 2021, he passed the MIT MBA in Boston in the USA. Completes his first year of MBA. In 2023, he will be one of the co-chairs of the Brazil Conference, one of the biggest Brazilian discussion events in the world, called “A Davos Brasileira”.
