Following the 2012 Summit in Zurich,
One Young World Ambassadors
from Coutts identified the need for
a platform that enables young people
within Coutts to unleash their energy,
creativity and talent on the business.
Their response is the Young Leaders
Forum. The Forum aims to improve
engagement amongst young
employees, represent their views
and opinions and drive change
and innovation for the benefit of the
organisation and its stakeholders.
A global board has been established
representing Coutts’ three key
areas; UK, Switzerland and Asia
and regional councils drive activity
across the Coutts business. The
group meets regularly with Coutts’
Executives to discuss improvements
and agree objectives.
