Jeremy is the founder and CEO of Monkey tie, a recruitment website that takes into account the personality and interests of candidates to enable recruiters to identify people who share a genuine affinity with the culture of their organisation. 

Monkey tie are endorsed by the French government. They recently signed a contract with the French Ministry for Work and Employment to create a national platform for predictive career orientation, using Monkey tie data and technology. 

Over 1,500 companies now use the solution across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg to recruit in a more sustainable and responsible manner. Monkey tie was ranked as the 2nd hottest start up in France by Challenges Magazine, as became the French laureate for the European Business Awards 2014-15.

Monkey tie’s success has allowed them to create the ‘HR Lab’, an innovation centre and incubator for 100 other companies running projects in the human resources sector. The business is already turning a profit, after only one year of operations. They have raised over €1 million in seed funding and expect to receive a further € 2 million over the coming months, to turn Monkey tie into the leader in online professional development, with more coaching contents and tools.
