Zineb founded the Moroccan Heritage Exchange, a retail company that aims to spread entrepreneurship amongst women in rural areas by giving them access to microcredit as well as providing them with a platform through which they can sell their goods. MHE has worked with more than 200 women to date, allowing users to generate several thousand dollars. The company continues to grow and it currently has four full time staff members.
